1 Frith Street, Soho

Aesthetic and skin treatments in the heart of Soho

Thirty eight treatments across skin, body, injectables and hair, delivered by a small team on Frith Street. Every course starts with a free consultation and a written plan, so you know what is causing the thing you want changed before anyone treats it.

A working example of the websites we build. Frith Medispa is an invented clinic, and the week shown on its dashboard page is example data.

How the clinic works

Four things we do differently enough to write down

  • Imaging before recommendation. Most courses start with a skin scan, so the plan is built on what is under the surface rather than on what you point at in the mirror.
  • A written plan, by email. You read it away from the room and away from us, with prices attached to every option including doing nothing.
  • Two week reviews on injectables. Included, not charged. It is easy to add a little more and impossible to take any away.
  • We say no. A fair number of consultations end with us declining, usually because a surgical opinion is the honest answer.

A note on names

Why you will not find a brand name here

Prescription only medicines cannot be advertised to the public in the UK. That covers the products used for wrinkle injections and for weight management, so this site names neither. The treatments are called Anti-Wrinkle Injections and the Medical Weight Loss Programme, and the specific product is discussed in consultation, which is where that conversation belongs.

Read more about the rule and why it is a sensible one.

Why this website does not name the medicine

You will not find a brand name for the wrinkle injections or the weight programme anywhere on this site. That is a legal requirement, and it is also a reasonable one.

Frith Street has had a clinic of one sort or another on it since long before we arrived. We are on the corner above a print shop, third door from the Soho Square end, and the buzzer is the one without a name on it yet.

Where to start

Not sure which of the 38 you need?

Most people arrive having already picked a treatment from somewhere else and are surprised when we suggest a different one. Answer a few questions and get a shortlist, or book a consultation and we will work it out properly.
