Gift vouchers
By value rather than by treatment, for a reason. Buying somebody a named treatment means choosing it for them, and the person receiving it then has to either want it or say so.

What a voucher can be spent on
Anything on the price list, and it can be put toward a course package with the balance paid the usual way. It can also be spent on a skin scan, which is a genuinely good use of £50 for somebody who has never had one.
What it cannot be spent on, and why
A voucher cannot be redeemed against anything requiring a prescription or a prescriber assessment. That includes the injectable treatments and the weight programme. The reason is simple: those treatments depend on a medical assessment that might conclude the person should not have them, and a gift that has already been paid for puts pressure on that decision from the wrong direction.
If somebody arrives with a voucher wanting an injectable, they can have the consultation, and if it is appropriate they can put the voucher toward it then. What we will not do is sell a voucher for a specific injectable treatment in advance.
Using one
Mention it when booking rather than on the day, because some treatments need a consultation first and it is better to know that before travelling. Bring the voucher, printed or on a phone. Partial use is fine and the balance stays on the voucher until it expires.
Voucher terms
- Valid twelve months from purchase. The expiry date is printed on the voucher.
- Transferable. Whoever holds it can use it, so treat it as cash.
- Not exchangeable for cash and not refundable, except within fourteen days of purchase if it has not been used.
- Redeemable in part, with the balance held on the voucher until expiry.
- Not redeemable against prescription only treatments or the weight programme.
- We cannot replace a lost voucher unless you have the reference number, which is why it is worth photographing.
- Expired vouchers cannot be extended. That is firm, and it is on the voucher in the same size type as everything else.
