Contact
Ring during opening hours and a person answers, usually Fenella. Email is answered the same working day and always within two. Nothing on this page routes to a call centre, because there is not one.

This form is client side only. Nothing is sent, nothing is stored, and no address reaches us.
Nothing was sent
On a real clinic site this would now be in the inbox and you would have an acknowledgement. Here it stopped in your browser, which is what the line under the form said would happen. Ring 020 7946 0184 if you want an actual answer from an actual clinic, and you will find that number is a reserved one that never connects either.

What happens after you get in touch
-
Someone reads it, not a queue
Enquiries come to the clinic manager. If the answer needs a practitioner, she asks one rather than guessing, which is occasionally why a reply takes until the next morning.
-
You get a straight answer about suitability
If what you have asked for is not the right treatment for what you have described, we say so in the reply rather than booking you in and telling you in the room.
-
A time, and what it will cost
Consultations are free and take 45 minutes. If you want a skin scan at the same appointment, say so, because it needs a longer slot and it is £50 that comes off anything booked within 30 days.
Cancellations and deposits are covered in the booking terms. If something has gone wrong, the complaints procedure is a real one and it does not start with this form.
