Terms
Booking, deposits, cancellation, lateness, vouchers and the terms of using this website. Written to be read rather than to be survived, and short enough that reading it is realistic.
Booking
An appointment is confirmed when we have taken the deposit where one is required, or when we have confirmed it in writing where one is not. Consultations require no deposit. You must be 18 or over for any treatment or consultation here, without exception.
Some treatments cannot be booked without an in person consultation first. That applies to everything injectable, everything laser based and everything requiring a prescriber. It is a safety requirement rather than a sales step and it is not waived.
Deposits
A £50 deposit is taken on any treatment priced above £300 and on the first appointment of any course. It is deducted from the price on the day. It is refunded in full if you cancel or move the appointment with more than 48 hours notice.
Course packages are paid in full at the first appointment, or in three interest free instalments as set out on the finance page.
Cancellation and changes
- More than 48 hours before: cancel or move freely, deposit refunded or carried across.
- Within 48 hours: the deposit is retained. One late change per person is waived as a matter of course and we do not make you ask twice.
- Illness, bereavement and genuine emergency: the deposit is returned, and we will not ask you to evidence any of those.
- If we cancel or move your appointment, anything paid is refunded in full, and if it was our error we will fit you in at the first slot you can take rather than the next one in the diary.
Lateness
Arrive more than about fifteen minutes late and there may not be enough of the appointment left to treat safely, in which case it becomes a rebooking and the deposit is retained. Where the remaining time is workable we will treat you in it rather than send you away. Running over into the next person is not something we do.
Courses
Course sessions are valid for twelve months from the first appointment. If a course is not working, we stop it and refund the sessions you have not had, at the individual session price rather than the course rate. That is a right rather than a gesture and you do not have to argue for it.
Gift vouchers
- Valid for twelve months from purchase. The expiry date is printed on the voucher and cannot be extended.
- Transferable, and redeemable in part with the balance held until expiry.
- Not exchangeable for cash. Refundable only within fourteen days of purchase and only if unused.
- Not redeemable against prescription only treatments or the weight management programme, for the reason set out on the vouchers page.
- Lost vouchers can be replaced only where you have the reference number.
Payment
Card, in the clinic, at the time of treatment. Prices are those on the price list on the day you are treated. Prices are reviewed twice a year and the date of the last review is printed at the top of that page. A price quoted in a written plan is held for 30 days.
Results
No result is guaranteed by anybody, here or anywhere else. Every treatment page states what the treatment realistically achieves and what it does not, every concern page states the limits, and the consultation states them again out loud. A treatment that does not produce the result you hoped for, having been carried out competently and as described, is not a refundable event, and any clinic promising otherwise is promising something it cannot control.

Everything here is general information about treatments and is not medical advice about you. Do not act on it without an assessment, and do not delay seeing a doctor because of something you read on it. Prices, opening hours and the treatment menu change, and the version on the page at the time you read it is the one that applies.
The text, the photography treatment and the brand artwork on this site belong to their owners and are not licensed for reuse. The forms on this site do not transmit or store anything, which is described in the privacy notice and again under each form.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in them limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
The status of this clinic
Frith Medispa is a demonstration clinic built by PP Medispa Websites. It is not a real business, it does not accept patients, and every practitioner, price, address and phone number on this site is invented. These terms are written as a real clinic would write them, because a demonstration of a clinic website with placeholder terms is not a demonstration of anything.
