About a week for a consultation and two for a Saturday. Late slots on Tuesday to Thursday go first. Cancellations are filled by phone rather than posted anywhere, so ring if you want something soon.

Up to about fifteen minutes and we will usually still treat you, with a shorter appointment. Beyond that it becomes a rebooking, because the room is booked to the person after you. The booking terms set out where the deposit stands in that case.

Freely, up to 48 hours before. Inside 48 hours a deposit is retained, and we will waive that for illness and for genuine emergencies without asking you to prove anything. Ring rather than emailing if it is close to the time.

Yes, £50 on any treatment over £300 and on any first appointment in a course. It comes off the price on the day. Consultations do not take a deposit.

Over three months, interest free, on anything above £300, through a regulated third party provider. The details and the required disclosures are on the finance page. We do not run a membership or a monthly plan, and there is nothing to cancel later.

Yes. The price list is complete, it includes course prices where a course is the sensible unit, and it is reviewed twice a year with the date of the last review printed on it. There is no membership tier, no joining fee and no price that only exists if you ask.

Course pricing is lower than the same sessions bought individually, and that is on the packages page permanently rather than as an offer. What we do not do is time limited discounting, because a treatment that is worth having next Tuesday is worth having in March.

Start from the concern rather than the device. If you would rather answer questions than read, the treatment finder shortlists in about a minute and there is no obligation at the end of it.

Not if we have done it properly and not if you have told us that matters, which is a conversation worth having explicitly at the consultation rather than assuming. Undertreating and reviewing at two weeks is the safest route to a result nobody can name.

Two reasons. Published results are selected results, so they tell you about the best outcome rather than the usual one. And a photograph of somebody else's face predicts almost nothing about yours, because the starting point is what decides the finish. We take clinical photographs for your own record, with separate consent, and we will show you your own.

Prescription only medicines cannot be advertised to the public in the UK. That covers the products used for wrinkle injections and for weight management, so this site names neither, anywhere. Often, and some combinations work better together than apart. Some cannot be combined at all, and a few need weeks between them in a specific order. That sequencing is one of the more useful things a consultation produces.
