Body & Fat

Body treatments at Frith fall into three jobs: reducing a pocket of fat that has not responded to training, building or toning the muscle underneath it, and moving fluid so the area settles. Most people need a combination rather than one machine. We measure and photograph at the start so progress is judged against a baseline rather than memory.

Who this suits

  • You are close to a stable weight and have a specific area that will not shift
  • You want contouring rather than weight loss, and understand the difference
  • You can commit to a course over eight to twelve weeks rather than a single visit
  • You are looking for help with fluid retention, heaviness or post surgical swelling

Worth knowing first

Body contouring is not a weight loss method and it is not a substitute for one. If your goal is to lose a significant amount of weight, start with the Medical Weight Loss Programme or with your GP, then contour afterwards.

Which of these is right for you?

The finder asks about your concern, your skin and how much recovery time you can take, then shortlists from this category and the ones next to it. It takes about a minute and there is no obligation at the end of it.
