About the clinic
A small clinic that would rather talk you out of things.
Frith Medispa occupies the first and second floors of 1 Frith Street, with four treatment rooms, one laser suite and a recovery room. Two floors above a Soho street, which means you can hear the market being set up on a Tuesday morning. We are not a chain and we do not run flash sales.
Why the menu is long
Thirty eight treatments looks like a lot for a clinic this size, and the usual criticism of a long menu is that it means nothing is done well. The reason ours is long is that the same complaint has four or five different causes, and a clinic that only owns two devices will fit you to what it has.
A softening jawline is the clearest example. It can be skin quality, a loosened support layer, fat that has moved, or volume that has gone. Those need four different answers, and three of them are wrong for you.
How we make money
From treatments people come back for, which means the ones that worked. That is the whole commercial model and it is why nobody here is on commission. There is no target for the number of syringes used in a week and no incentive to move you from one thing to a more expensive thing.
The practical effect is that a fair number of consultations end with us saying no, or recommending something cheaper than what you came in for, or telling you to see a surgeon instead.
What we do not do
We do not treat under 18s. We do not run flash sales, countdown timers or package deals that expire. We do not treat on the day of a first injectable consultation, because deciding in the chair is how people end up with something they did not want.
We also will not name a prescription only medicine anywhere on this website or on social media, because UK rules do not allow it. Some clinics do. That tells you something about how carefully they read the rules they work under.

Consultations are 45 minutes and cost nothing. You will leave with a written plan whether or not you book anything, and we are used to people taking it away to think about.
