The team

Six people. Everyone who treats you is qualified for the thing they are doing, and nobody is on commission. If you want to know exactly who will be in the room before you book, ring and ask, and we will tell you.

The people below are fictional, because Frith Medispa is a demonstration clinic. The roles, qualifications and division of work are the shape a real clinic of this size would have.

Dr Marisa Okonjo-Hale

Medical Director

A doctor and independent prescriber who has worked in aesthetic medicine since leaving general practice. She prescribes and administers all injectable treatments, runs the weight programme, and sees every complex case before it is booked. Postgraduate qualifications in aesthetic medicine and dermatology.

Elin Redgate

Lead Aesthetic Nurse

A registered nurse and independent prescriber with a background in burns and plastics, which is a useful place to learn what skin does when it is asked to heal. She leads on skin boosters, polynucleotides and complication management, and teaches the aftercare protocols the rest of the team follow.

Tobias Marchmont

Laser and Device Lead

Core of knowledge certified in laser and light based treatments, with a physics background that shows up in how carefully he sets parameters. He runs the laser suite, does all patch testing, and is the person who will tell you that resurfacing is the wrong answer for your skin tone.

Cerys Anwyl-Vaughan

Senior Aesthetic Therapist

Level 4 qualified in advanced skin treatments, with additional training in chemical peels and microneedling. She handles the acne programme end to end and does most of the skin scans, which means she is usually the first person to spot that a plan needs changing.

Priya Raghunath

Skin Health Practitioner

Trained in skin analysis and corrective facials, with a particular interest in pigmentation across skin tones. She is the person who will talk you out of a pigment laser if what you actually have is melasma, and she is right about it often enough that everyone listens.

Fenella Drewe

Clinic Manager

Runs the diary, the consent paperwork and the aftercare follow ups. She is who you get when you ring, and she is authorised to move an appointment, chase a plan that has not arrived, or put a complaint straight in front of the medical director.

Where to start

Ask for whoever you want.

Requests for a specific practitioner are normal and we will accommodate them where the diary allows. If the person you want is not the right person for the treatment, we will say so.
