Before you send it
Consultations are free and there is no deposit on one. Treatments over £300 take a £50 deposit that comes off the price on the day, and it is refundable up to 48 hours before.
If you already know the treatment you want and it is a facial, dermaplaning, massage or a body treatment, say so and we can book it directly. Anything injectable, laser based or prescriber led needs the consultation first, in person, without exception.
If you would rather not come in yet, the virtual consultation gets you a written opinion from photographs within three working days.
