Spreading the cost
Three monthly instalments, interest free, on anything above £300. There is no other finance option here, no twelve month plan and no monthly membership, because the longer arrangements are where this stops being a convenience and starts being a debt.
How it works
You pay a third on the day and the rest in two payments a month apart, taken from the same card automatically. There is no interest and no fee, so the total you pay is the price on the price list and nothing else. The arrangement is with a regulated third party provider rather than with us, and the application is a soft check that takes about two minutes at reception.
It can be used on treatments, on course packages and on products bought at the same time. It cannot be used on gift vouchers, for what should be obvious reasons.
Being declined is not unusual
The provider makes that decision and we do not see the reason for it. It happens, it is not a judgement about you, and it does not change anything about how you are treated here. Paying the usual way is always available and a course can be split into individual sessions paid one at a time instead, which costs a little more overall but needs no application.
What we will not do
We will not put a treatment on finance for somebody who is hesitating about the price. If the conversation is about affording it rather than about wanting it, the right answer is a cheaper treatment or no treatment, and the instalment plan does not change that arithmetic. It exists to move a payment across two paydays, not to make an expensive decision feel smaller.

A real clinic offering this would have to display its status as a credit broker, name the lender, and give its Financial Conduct Authority registration number here. Frith Medispa is a demonstration clinic, so it has none of those, and inventing a registration number is exactly the sort of detail that would be a lie rather than a fiction.
Missing a payment
The provider will contact you, not us. There is no late fee, but a missed payment can be reported and can affect your credit file. If you know a payment is going to fail, tell the provider before it does rather than after, because the outcome is much better that way.
Refunds on a plan
If a course is stopped and unused sessions are refunded, the refund goes back through the provider and the remaining instalments are reduced or cancelled. It takes a week or two longer than a card refund because two parties are involved.
