How it works
This is hyaluronic acid in a form that stays fluid and spreads through the tissue plane rather than holding a shape. It is placed at five fixed points on each side of the face, chosen to sit safely away from vessels, and it disperses from there. It hydrates the tissue and stimulates collagen and elastin, so it improves the quality of skin rather than adding volume to it.
Typical course
Two treatments four weeks apart, then repeat at six months.
Who it is not suitable for
Not used if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have an active skin infection in the area, or have a known hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid products. Not the right treatment if you want more volume or a change in shape.

Questions people ask
Will it change my face shape?
No. It is deliberately not a filler and it does not hold structure. If your concern is a flat cheek or a lost jaw angle, filler is the honest answer and this is not.
How soon do people notice?
Most people see a change in how light sits on the skin about four weeks after the second treatment. It is the sort of result people around you notice without knowing why.
Why two treatments?
The protocol is built that way. A single treatment underdelivers, and the four week gap matters, so we book both appointments at the same time.
